Basic salary = Rs. 11,400/- (fully taxable)
HRA = Rs. 5,700/- (fully taxable if not residing in a rented house)
Transport allowance = Rs. 800/- (fully exempt)
Travelling allowance = Rs. 7,010/- (fully taxable if not in a form of reimbursement)
Special allowance = Rs. 21,485/- (fully taxable)
Medical allowance = Rs. 1,250/- (fully exempt, but check whether its allowance or reimbursement)
LTA = Rs. 833/- (fully taxable if not availed)

(i am not considering the actual rent which you are paying , therefore the full amount as per income tax calculation as per me is exempt.)
