Wealth tax is easy topic. it can be prepared from any book. If you have any problem then arrange vinod gupta notes.
For isca refer M. Valechha isca book with practice manual. if you have time also study from study mat but thats not actually needed. the book covers everything.
Try Vinod Gupta Sir's Module on Wealth tax & Dinesh Madan's book on ISCA.
