Urgent - Error in uploading Spice+ form - The id number entered already exists against an active DIN

Hi,

I am facing an error while uploading Spice+ forms. The error is "the id number XXX entered already exists against an active din". 

However the ID no. mentioned is nowhere entered in any of the forms. Request you all to kindly provide a solution at the earliest since the Name reservation will be expiring soon.
