In the CA Final May 2014 Direct Tax Laws paper Q.No.4(d) was based on the case law "Supreme Agro Foods P Ltd" the Q. was related to Settlement Commision.
As soon as I saw this case law in suggested answers I searched for it in the "set of case laws" provided by the icai on its website I didn't find it there then I took the RTP for May 2014 still there was no mention of this case law.
Generally the above two resources are sufficient to look for in case you've to search for a case law asked in the exam, yet I inspected the RTP for Nov 2013 also and the same story continued; no mention of Supreme Agro at all.
So don't you feel it's an injustice to the students ?
and if your answer is a "no" then please cite the resource (off course of ICAI) which has a mention of this case law.
I've raised this matter in "Experts" section also, but so far no satisfactory answer.
