Please let me know that after expiry of 90days of original filing of Service Tax Return, is there any chance to modify the Service Tax Return?  If yes then please let me know.

dear Sir I register for Articleship with effect from 09/04/2013 at that time i'am register for OT programme From22/04/2013 to 26/04/2013 but that got cancelled so i again register from 29/04/2013-03/05/2013 but it also got cancelled because of this i Completed my  OT progtamme on 15th june because of this institute register me as article from 15/06/2013  because of this my final exam delayed by 6 months so please suggest me what should i do because i submitted the form 103 on 29/04/2013
