A Company had filed Income Tax Return Efiling for the A.Y.2009-2010 and send signed copy of ITR-V to CPC-Bangalore. But after one mail received from CPC Bangalore of non receipt of ITR-V, So Company sent it again. Today Status for A.Y. 2009-2010 shown as " Company Has not filed any Return"

Please suggest me what to do now. CPC Bangalore suggest me to file return manually but ITO not accepting it.

A duly signed ITR-V form should be sent CPC BANGLORE by ORDINARY POST OR SPEED POST ONLY within 120 days of transmitting the data electronically or it will be treated as no return was filed.

In ur case i think due to some inconsistencies in post they have not recd ur itr v copy.

Contact CPC and try explainig ur case, they should accept ur retun.

sent the same and see status of the same on the incomeindiaefiling .gov.in and if they say it is not filed or rejected then you can the same return as original again and send the copy of new return to CPC. further detaisl can be known through CPC helpline
