i completed articles in may 2011, i send form 108 in june, but not received articleship completion form from institute, i have nov,2011 final attempt, in exam application form i need to enclose training completion certificate issued by icai, but last date for submission of online application form is 30th august, is it compulsory to enclose articles completion certificate?, if so how to get it from the institute.

You can also fill up your form without feeding information of completion of articleship training, but you have to submit your articleship completion certificate before result to noida branch of ICAI.
