During the course of the audit i have check the EPF,ESIC . I have no idea about that. Please help what are the points to be check in that and what are the rates of EPF,ESIC in respect of employes and whether the rates are diferent for the company or propertorships firms,or for others.Please help me its very urgent.
you should chck No of employees in EPf and other PF Truest of the company if any
Basic pay as per offerletter and 12 is caluculated correctly and check with contribution and reutrns with EPF dept
