Will any one inform me "what is the procedure to file annual case under upvat and why it is needed with any exemption thereof? thanks

annual case now is not compalsory file form 52 for cst dealer and form 52 b for up vat dealers if everything is ok than your file deem assesement there is no need to a case and if a notice issue for a case base on your form 52 or 52 b then answer the qusetion in written and submit to ao.
