Uploading the annual report on the neaps

Can anyone explain me the procedure for uploading the Annual Report on the NEAPS (NSE online)?

 

Plase help me..

You have to mail the soft copy of Annual Report the the id of NSE and the Stock Exchange people will upload it accordingly.
