Unsatisfied with current job

Hey all,

I have qualified as an ca in Nov 14 attempt. I am currently working in a real estate company whre i am getting 26k p.m. I am unsatisfied with my current job as my other collegues from CA faternity seemed to be under utter shock on the fact that i am just getting 26k whereas most of them are earning much more than what i am.. is it really the criteria to judge your calibur & ability and should start looking for a new job? Please answer.
