Uniform allowance, conveyance allowance

1. whether I can take deduction of these allowance even if my employer has not given them to me in salary slip.

If no amount provided by the employer

Cant add it. Dont take big risks for small amounts.

If employer can't give these (or any) allowances in Your salary then it can't claim as allowance under Income Tax...
Conveyance there is a limit
