Hi,
I have a medical diagnosis bill for the FY 2011-2012. That I so far did not claim with Health Insurance so far and not even declared in Tax declaration as per the Form16.
My question is that whether can I claim this expense in 80DDB to get deductions with the ITR filing.

You may not have given the details of ur mediclaim to co. at the time of declaration but the same is available at the time of filing the ITR
