1. Can Unabsorbed Depreciation be adjusted from Salary Income...??

 

2. Non-Agricultural Income  = Total Income - LTCG - STCG u/s 111A - Casual Income 

    [Here Total Income is after allowing all applicable deductions & after adjusting all c/f losses (as per provisions of Act) and claim of unabsorbed Depreciation]

Is the above written statement true...??

1 ) Unabsorbed Depreciation is an exception to the rule that business losses cannot be set off against salary income.

It can definitely be set off against salary income.
