Trying to file GSTR3b for December 17. After entering payment details, duly taking care to adhere to offset rules, when I click" OFFSET LIABILTY" a sucess page should appear asking me to click 'OK". But it is not appearing. Off set is not happening. "Paymnet of Tax" tile, still shows tax liability. Status of the return appearing as " SUBMITTED". Help please.

most of faced same problem
if you have nill return ... excess ITC then its create no prob
but if you have liablity to pay then its creat error in 3b and gstr 4 .... portal prob wait till gst tech solve till error

I have slightly lesser in ITC, but for the remaining liability, I have balance in cash ledger. First I set
off the cash and then the ITC. Hope it's OK.
