Unable to file form 20b

Hi,

I am trying to file Form 20B for my company but on uploading the form I am getting the following error "Following attachments are either password protected or invalid pdf document. Pls attach again: Details of shareholders". The list of shareholders that I have attached is a normal PDF document and not password protected.

I even downloaded a new form and tried filing it with new attachments, but to no avail.

Is anyone else facing a similar problem and how to solve this issue?
