Unable to file form 20b

Hi,

I am trying to file Form 20B for my company but on uploading the form I am getting the following error "Following attachments are either password protected or invalid pdf document. Pls attach again: Details of shareholders". The list of shareholders that I have attached is a normal PDF document and not password protected.

I even downloaded a new form and tried filing it with new attachments, but to no avail.

Is anyone else facing a similar problem and how to solve this issue?

I would like to suggest you to try calling ROC help desk and tell them about your query. I hope it'll help.

scan the doc. once again and try to attach and file

Scan the same and convert to pdf then submit , if again u failed to up load then u can contact help desk , but remember try try try try try until u get the solution .

Please check the file size should not exceed 2.5 MB or use Cute PDF or PDF 999 sofware for better solution.

Sir, i sucessfully completed form 20b filling in MCA. After i found that i didnot attach list of shareholders in attachments . so i want to know what i have to do ????
