Unable to access incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in ??

i have 3 pc in my office. in my two PC the site incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in could not be opened. incometaxindia.gov.in is opening. whereas my 1 PC is working fine and i m able to access the website from internet explorere, mozilla and chrome. i am facing this problem since last 10 days. waiting for solution at earliest.

M also facing d same problem.. d site is opening is Firefox bt not in Chrome or IE..

i just checked, website is working fine in chrome... but not opening in mozilla.. i think there is some security issue with the website... since it is recently upgraded, it'll take few days to completely function...

let us pray God for early and normal working of this site. !!! SHOULD we say that  this site is an improved one.  Before saying so verify whether all the features available under my account are available or Not.

In the new site has any of you requested for re-issue of refund advie.

I placed. Immediately I got a ticket No. 9776

Within few hours I got one more mail that it is assigned to Assigned to:- "Vadapalli, Arun".  WHO IS THIS VADAPALLI ARUN. (gOD ONLY KNOWS)

oN THE D3RD DAY  i GOT ONE MORE mail saying that the issue has been resolved. As this day happened to be Friday and the assessee could not go to his bank on Saturday. Verfied his bank account on Monday..Confirmed that he did not get any amount.

Then I contacted the call centre ....Please contact our CPC call Center 18004252229 / 080-22546500 Nos.

at 5.43 p.m. on Monday .. the Operator -female bluntly refused to answer saying that the grievanced are not dealt by the call centre.....rRRefFused to whom we should contact in that case and who is this Vadapalli Arun. Further she advised me to contact the locall ITO.  when i filed it online how can I contact the local ITO. For this there is no answer.

This is the type of service a voter / assessee gets in this democracy.

NOW the experts are requested to advice me..

Ram babu, believe me i faced similar kind of situation with cpc. Vadapalli arun might be one of the executives who handles Customer related issues. u may reply to the mail or customer email addres.. its the only way.

I had the very same problem with the new site when I was using Windows XP with Service Pack2.

I thereafter installed Service Pack3 and thereafter I was able to login to the new site. 

I am given to understand that you should have latest Java also in your computer. 

Please try after installing SP3.

To resolve this issue the following has to be installed.

Update for Root Certificates For Windows XP [May 2013] (KB931125). This item updates the list of root certificates on your computer to the list that is accepted by Microsoft as part of the Microsoft Root Certificate Program. Adding additional root certificates to your computer enables you to use Extended Validation (EV) certificates in Internet Explorer (and of course Chrome), a greater range of security enhanced Web browsing, encrypted e-mail, and security enhanced code delivery. https://goo.gl/lM0af  But this requires a validation as to whether the windows you are using is genuine, and also requires SP3 to be installed. !!

An alternate solution is to use Firefox, as it uses its own certificate store. https://goo.gl/9Qp2w

 

Dear All

Just check your PC setting where this site is opening.& do the similar changes in another PC.

like security level,authatication certificate in control panel.

Site will be open.
