a person has two pan. He applied First pan and file the return of IT for the F. Y. 2018-19 . later on he notice that his DOB is wrong on his pan , & his pan is not linked with aadhar , he applied second Pan. The second pan number is already linked with his aadhar. Now he want to surrender his new pan and want to correct the old pan. What is the procedure. ? Is old pan can be amended because his aadhar already linked with new pan?
If i surrender the new , can it will automatically delink from my aadhar immediately? can i correct my old pan immediately after surrender and it will link my aadhar.
No....I was working on same issue for 6 months and came to know from NSDL AND IT DEPT , that they dont have any authority or system for delinking of adharcard from Pan..
