Two dins

As per section 155 of Companies Act, 2013 there is prohibition to obtain more than 1 DIN and contravention of the above provision would attract both civil and criminal liability against the person who has obtained more than one DIN.

So , if somebody has obtained more than one DIN then he should surrender the DIN and should file the prescribed form with ROC for surrender of DIN.
