Composition Dealer can't make Inter State Sales...
Yes, but I have two different units (same pan) making supplies in respective states(i.e.intra state supplies).. Sales of Maharashtra is made in Maharashtra only and sales of Manipur in Manipur only
Turn Over limit is 1cr for Composition Scheme...
for manipur it is 75 lakh and for maharastra it is 1 core but composition scheme can be given pan wise not state wise
turnover is computed on pan wise basis. if u are supplying taxable.service at Manipur ur t/o fall to 75 lakhs
