I am an unregistered dealer in GST my turnover does not exceeds 20 lakh can I purchase goods from outside the state. Similarly, In a composition scheme can I purchase goods from outside the state?

u can purchase goods from outside. however under composit scheme, it is not possible
There is no restriction on central purchase under composite scheme.
