treatment of expenses befor partnership deed
my question is that I have incurred expenses to start a bussiness and I have made partnership deed after 4 month. so expenses incurred before partnership deed tested as preliminary expenses or it can be treated as partner capital contribution in book

If the expenses are of capital natrure, you can book as Capital Contribution. Besides, you may treat it as Loan from Partner also.
