I am a registered person.
If i get a transportation service , without a GTA. ( i.e. A URD truck owner carring goods from one place to another.)
Then , GST is liable under RCM or not.
Is there any GST liability at all , if yes then at what rate.

yes, You have to paid GST @ 5%
But as per point no.18 of Notification no.12 of CGST Act its Nil Rated, kindly explain

The freight is exempted... Can't under RCM
Transportation done by non GTA is exempt
TRANSPORATION IS GST LIABLE 5% BUT SOME CONDITION IT IS EXEMPT
I agree that transportation by NON GTA is fully exempt service under notification 12/2017 sl. no.18.
