So i am transporting goods worth rs 85000 from one place to another with distance of 10 km, basically to consignee. Goods are going through rickshaw and company is asking for eway bill now the problem is what to fill in vehicle number while generating eway bill ? rickshaw dont have vehicle number.

If the rickshaw is non-motorized, then e-way bill is not required. Rule 138(14)(b) of the CGST Act, 2017.
If it is moved by non motorised no eway is required
If it is auto rickshaw (motorized) then eway bill is required else
if it is non auto rickshaw(non-motorized) then no eway bill required.
if it is non auto rickshaw(non-motorized) then no eway bill required.
