if i am purchasing supari from delhi who will pay GST and who will pay transportation cost of material to my home city mathura UP.

then you will a pay tax to the government after claiming your input credit which you pay while purchasing your product in delhi.
we are manufacturer of sweet supari and my turn over is below 20L . raw supari is one of the material in manufacturing..
mam please suggest whether dealer will pay transportation cost or it will be included in gst invoice.
