I am registered dealer in GST at SURAT. I purchase goods from registered dealer at Ahmedabad, which comes to Surat through Transport Co. Transport Co issues cash memo to me for his charges ( w/o GST ).
Now my query is that, whether I am liable to pay GST on Transport charges under RCM ?
Whether this paid amount of Transport charge will be included in daily limit of Rs. 5000 for RCM
