Transport Allowance

I am getting transport allowance of 470 in salary. is it taxable or can I claim deduction? if I can, in which section?

kindly clarify.

Transport allowance are not taxable .

You can claim Standard Deduction 40000/-(Both include Transport & Medical allowance)

Note - without any  proof
