i am completed group-1 in PE-II & as per notification my last attempt in PE-II is june 2009. But due to health problems I could not able to attend the exams in june 2009. now my questions are
1. can I eligible to opt for transition to PCC for Group-II ?
2. if yes, what will be the procedure & how much is the fee ?
can anyone please help me to get the answers for the above questions.

I think PE-2 Attempts are extented ....lets wait and see
hey pe-II conducted in june - 2009 was the last attempt,
actually last year may attempt should be the last but it was extended for two more attmpts i.e., upto june-2009.
so there are no more pe-II examinations
and in upcoming november, the exams will be PCE and IPCE
