I VE HEARD THAT THE RULE WHICH BANNED TRANSFER HAS NOW BEEN CHANGED AND THE ICAI IS THINKING OF ALLOWING TRANSFERS AGAIN.
COULD ANYONE HELP ME OUT N THIS AS ITS A LITTLE URGENT
