Sir, Due to ill health father wants to transfer his ownership, Shop trade licence & any other legal document related to firm Such as bank account of firm of sole proprietorship firm to his son name ...... ....How it Proceed...??

Either lease out the business to son or totally close the activity in his name and re-start in the name of son.
