Transfer of Articleship - Update

 Dear Pratik it is only for those who applied till 11th july, 08. Transfer has been allowed with the reason stated by the students without any Restriction.

I have completed 2year of artcleship.During this period I hvae taken transfer 1 time in March 2008. Can now I can take transfer? Plz help me?

 Dear Satish as per the current rules of icai you are not allowed to take transfer. Either it is ist time or it is 2nd time. 

it means that one time trns is allowed as written ,However considering the hardships experienced by students one time amnesty has been granted now, to the students and all pending cases of transfer/termination of articles as on 11th july are being cleared".(SOO THERES TWO SENTENCE)

I too have concluded the same thing. But both the sentences can also be in connection to each other , so it is quite misleading......we gotto enquire from the institute for the same....

its means only for those students who are applied for transfer up to 11 july because i have asked to kanpur branch on phone

there is notification that the students cant do regular college with articleship from 1/4/2008 onwards,

and the students already doing articlshp with college they can continue,

What about the students with genuine reasons like parents getting transferred?? Are they responding to those applicants with genuine reasons who applied after july??

institute is granting the Permission to transfer of articles after july  if you have Genuine reasons like Parents transfer or any medical reasons Etc., But institute gives the permission only one time during the article Period..

hai,,,, Please give me a suggestion to my friend:

my friend and his sister both are CA students both were articles of same office, now his sister transfered to IPCC but he continued in pcc now he have 8 months  of articleship remaining. since because of his sister's conversion principal not giving any work to him. and also nobody is talking to him( asper the instruction from prncipal)...... please suggest a way to him, wat he can do..... the principal is not given the termination form eventhough institue approved some 3 months before to his sister....

i have joined articleship on 5thmar 2007 and have taken around 7 months leave during the articleship can i transfer articles now in october 2009

your articleship has been started from 5th march 07 so as per rule you have completed 2 years of yours articleship but in this period you have taken leave around 7 months so i think you should mail this query to neha.singhal @ icai.in she is a management trainee. she will be able to answer your query.
