Transfer from articleship, plz plz helpppppp

ask help from institute,regarding this,they might have give some suggetions

Dear Ashish, pls inform this matter to Kanpur Office by posting the same at e-sahayata grievance portal of ICAi at icai.help.org.......

ashish ji pls do not be tensioned.

aap apne parents ko saath lekar apne employer ca se milo, because employer ca oftenly are convinced by parents, easily.

and after all that if  your ca are not ready to sign then post compliant letter to kanpur as well as delhi head office, and try to meet officials of kanpur or delhi head office with your parents.

i am very much sure, after all this your problem will be resolved.

this is also my personal experience.

ashish..the institute has framed the transfer rules so strictly that at the end of the day,its the principals wish to give u transfer..

u can only plea to ur principal... taking the matter to greviance cell will not b so fruitful as it takes tym n institute shall not in any case go against the principal...

continue to hav gud communication wid ur principal n tell him its a fair case...

Anishka is completely right in the above case.  I truly agree with her ....

 

Hi Ashish..If ur CA is signing the form after u gave application of 10-11 months,,then i must say go 4 that..Let him sign the form..leave him coz u dont have any option left..Zyada se zyada 6 months ki training aur karni padjayegi, kar lena..

Apko pehle Ek Diary maintain karni chahiye thi jisme aap day to day training recd ke saath leaves bhi likhte aur uski ek photocopy inst ko de sakte..

But anyhow it seems u dont have enough evidence to prove ur credebility..

i was not maintaining audit dairy and me apne aprents ko lekar gya n apne employer se mil chuka hu but he was not cooperate with my parents .....even he was misbehaviour and abuse them......and he told to us that jo karna h krlo tmhre jo baski ho, i will not sign the form 109. He is a very mad person.......

our istitute nevr taken anything frm the student side specially in terms of article...... v always has been treated as slave in the name of article and given the assurance dat after dis stage u will goin to earn and learn more........employer has no restiction and nether the iciai has laid any restriction on the principle..........my syggestion will as wat my most of the friends done "GO FOR THE TERMINATION AND IF STILL NOT ,TAKE UR PARENTS AND JUS DO WHATEVER U CAN TO TAKE THE TRANSFER" .

if u take a termination u cn start with another firm with the credit of ur past article exp. 

its all abt ur life and carreir tere principle ka life tho set hogaya bt tera baki hain.....

take the pain and do whatever u cn...complaining to icai will not give u any kind of help neighter any assurance , it will be the waste of time....

If I am in ur position............I will be very strict towards the Principal...........

U & ur parents must pressurize principal to sign the form morally & legally putting straightforward all conditions to do so.

If possible, u must take the help of POLICE................

U can also take help of ICAI e-Sahaayataa.

If ur principal can threaten u ..........Then why u do not take strict legal action against him.

U r at ur right position to take transfer as u completey satisfy all ICAI condition & criteria for the same.

Believe me......If u want to survive.....then follow "DO or DIE Situation".......

At last ......U can only help urself brother..........
