bro....dont be tensed.......................everbody faces one or other problem in this cource.........................if u are innocent....then u should go to ca institute with your parents and ask for help..............they will definately help you...................if your problem is not solved.............. then go for 6 months articleship again....................................................sahi baat toh yeh hai ki rasste dhheeree--dheere apne app khul jate hai...........................................bas tension mat le situation ko face ker.....................

The Institute is all all all with the employer...............it is clearly mentioned in the articleship

form that instiute will not interfere in case of dispute with the employer............article and institute will

have to sort out the differences if any between themselves.................so best way to sort out the problem is

to communicate with the principle . U can take the help of another CA Member who can convinced your employer..................and be assured that ALL IS WELL >>>>>>>>>>>>>ALL IS WELL>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Ashish , with your father and mom go to the institute (you can try visiting the head office in noida) and please be a little more assertive , this is something for all ca students - confidence and assertivenes in presenting your situation openly and frankly in a professional manner is different from showing arrogance in the workplace. i cant tell you exactly what to say , since you have your own battles and i have my own.

but be positive , be relaxed , your main intention is to write the ca finals and clear it , one way or another
