Transfer from articleship after 2 years

I dont think that in this case you will have to wait so long for approval. You can very easily get transfer as your principal is surrendering his COP. Just talk to officials at articles section of institute. Moreover you may also opt for Industrial Training at approved companies instead of articleship as you have completed 2years of articleship.
