kuch nahi hone wala; abt transfer and stipend. maximum 100 rs badhegaa! concentrate of studies and aim to pass exams at first attempt.icai are irresponsible.it's funny, that students still have faith in them.
transfer has been allowed but for those only who are in 1st year of training........
