could anybody tell me what is the procedure after ones training gets completed as in where to submit the forms and fees etc.

Completion of CA articleship:
You need to file form 108 within 30 days of completion of your training to the regional office of the institute where you are registered. There is no fees for this. After 30 days fine is levied for late submission of form 108.You can download the form from institutes website.
