I'd losses in future , short term, long term and intraday trading in last year.
1.) What all forms i need to fill int ITR4 and what losses can be carry forward and how many years?
2.) Can i set off FD interest for these losses?

You cannot use FD Interest to set off speculative losses and capital loses.
