today s law paper!! man super easy...

nt a single question frm meetings...i mean company law only basics!!!!

really sub-standard paper... but the correction is gonna be pretty bad...hope my quoating of sections helps me atleast get exemption ...!!

i guess it was sub-standardized coz of ipcc ppl..othrwise pcc paper is really standard usually...

ye kya hua...ICAI ne phir pattern change kar diya...ab Audit mein kya hoga...thank ICAI i cleared my 1st group in last Nov

Totally baseless/ irrelevant/ usless.

I dont know what purpose will such kind of an exam will serve.. Just rote learning..

The paper was quite easy but very very unexpected!!!!!!!  no deeds!!!!!    it was full of communication which hardly any student wud hv studied!!!! overall it was a nice paper!!!!!

an unexpected paper.. no questions from drafting of deeds, notices.. No questions from case laws. usually around 10 marks will come from meetings( a general judgement from past 6 attempts). this time not even a single a question they asked from that CHAPTER

shocking paper... ICAI giving twists in paper every time last time it was giving law ethics n communication simultaneously....

but somehow managed it......... :)

Just a simple solution to all the problems:

Learn everything and prepare yourself for anything. No matter what kind of paper, what kind of questions, what kind of pattern comes you will perform well. Just stop the habit of selective studies here.
