Tnvat - new annexure 1a

Hi Friends,

Reg TNVat - E-filing, from Oct onwards, the dept has bring out New annexure upload (Annexure - IA) For getting online FormC/Form F.

My clients are exporters, they need Form H for their purchase. Now, my query is whether they need to file Annexure I A or not to get form H?

Also i have called reg this query to two assessment circle, One circle they said, they have to file Annexure IA nu.. and the other CTO circle told, no need to file..

I'm in great confusion, pls help me out freinds....
