1. Its not at all hard to find children begging on streets, is it? If they had to educate every begging child they could start by finding kids by just turning their heads around. "If you find kids begging" sounds as though its as rare as finding dinosaurs :)

6. "fine" or bribe? :) Leave alone receiving passport from an unknown source, even through the regular route when you've applied for one and it reaches you, the postman expects a bribe as happened in my case. well..

7. 4 degrees in 10 months?!!! Who's kidding me?? The closest authentic news I've heard is Thailand to get hotter by 4 degrees in 35 years and that itself is a big enough news.
