Tenure of additional director
Hi,
Greetings to all fellow, one of my query is that tenure of one additional director is going to be end at the coming agm and he dont want to continue as a director in company now what procedure should be taken any form have to be filed after end of his tenure pls guide its really urgent

He will automatically cease to be a director after date of AGM. No need to file any return with ROC.
Thanks Sir it means at the time of filling balance sheet dont need to mention additional director name in aoc-4 or aoc-4 xbrl correct me if i am wrong.
