I can only say one thing that be thorough with ur resume..Do not add anything if u have not experinced it..

Just be urself, don't mess around with the questions if u don't know the answers simply reply that "My knowledge is limited in this subject or I have studied this subject only theoritically & have not experienced the practical application" 

Remember it's the CONFIDENCE that matters & any Job is given on the fact what u will do in future & not what u have done in the past...Just say that "I am a quick learner of the things.."
