Tds validation error - valid surcharge must be provided

Hello Everyone,

I am filing a TDS return for Q3 FY17-18 using the latest RPU v2.2 downloaded yesterday.

After filling challan and deductee details correctly. When I click on Create File I get following error :

VALID SURCHARGE AMOUNT MUST BE PROVIDED.

Screenshot attached. We deduct TDS on contract 94C and no surcharge etc is applicable. In previous returns using previous RPU version there was no such error generated.

Kindly let me know if I am doing something wrong.
