My Client is in a service of Providing Website Designing Services. He is new in the Business and He has Provided the service worth Rs. 75,000 to his client. Now the Client is demanding Bill. He does not have Service Tax No. Nor does he file any Income Tax Return.... what should he do..??? what if client deducts TDS on Service Provided by him.

Client will be deducting TDS @ 10% u/s 194j. U need to file income tax return next year n claim refund of tax in case annual income does not exceed the exemption limit
In case I dont want to File a Return...Can a Client adjust in its Books by taking 75,000 as 90 % i.e. 83,333 in case he wants to deduct TDS.

Yeah...it can be done...but he would loose 10%..

Just Want to Confirm If my Client issues two different Bills in the name of different Enterprises of of 30K(within the limits of 194J) and Providing different bank account details will he escape from deduction of TDS.

Since these are 2 different bills of different parties and also within the threshold limit, TDS would not be applicable.
