I had cleared CA intermediate exam in November 2009, completed articleship, IT training and GMCS.
I am now planning to resume CA final. Please advise if I need to complete all 4 SPOM modules before appearing for the final exam.

NO — you do NOT need to complete all 4 SPOM modules before appearing for the CA Final exam.
You only need to clear SPOM Set A and Set B before appearing in the CA Final exams.
