Whether TDS Returns is required to be filed, if i made a payment only to transporter and payment is within threshold limit of 30000/75000 having PAN.
Further i purchased machinery of25 lacs and seller charges1 lac as cartridge in the same bill of26 lac, whether TDS is required to be deducted on1 lac.
No need to file return if transporter have pan or payment within threshold limit.
If there is contract for amc of machine between u and seller than u must deduct tds u /s 194 c.
you have to file the E TDS returns & select the reason of non deduction.
