Kindly clarify the due date for TDS return Q4 FY 19-20 (24Q & 26Q)..Though it is not specifically mentioned in the relaxation provided by FM whether it is implied that it stands extended till 30/06/2020??

Yes, the due date for return is extended till 30th June, 2020. Section 3(1)(b) of the ordinance includes filing of any return.
