TDS payment on sale of property
Hii sir can any one help I am trying to pay for 26QB we deducted 20 percent because we don't have seller PAN no but I am trying to enter that amount it's not accepting 20 percent can any one help me on this

Quick Summary
Seller must have PAN, otherwise you will not be able to register your property with Sub-registrar.
Apply & get sellers pan first, which can be obtain in just 2/3 days, and then rectify the TDS amount.
Even if you may deposit the TDS by PAN as 'NTAVL0000X" it will be difficult to get its refund.
Sir seller is not required refund also
Have you registered property?
If not ,check with sub-registrar, whether you will be able to get it registered in your favour?
No sir not register I need to register this in next month 4th

For payment of tax, personally visit ITD office of your jurisdiction for its resolution.
Ok sir if seller is nri then under which section I need to pay tds wether 195 or 194IA
