tds on transport

when tds pay on transport, if I will received goods from transport and transport paid by, then tds calculate and when it will be calculate, PL.tell

if I am goods received then pay transporter i.e. one transport then yearly on this transport supposed amount paid by me of RS 100000 then s.194 applied? please tell me

Good...
The transporter give valid PAN then no need to deduct TDS...

In case don't have PAN or Invalid PAN then TDS will be deductible @ 20% irrespective of Limit.
