Please suggest, whether TDS Shall be deducted in case of a tranpsorter if total payment to be made to him during the year is less than 75,000 with no single bill greater than 30,000. Assume, he has more than 10 trucks. Thanks

Even though the number of trucks exceeds 10, TDS u/s 194C is not applicable since the payments are below the specified limits.
